All were in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes — October 8, 2013 and October 15, 2013 <br />C. Approval to Reschedule the November 19 Regular City Council <br />Meeting to November 12 <br />D. Approval to Schedule December 9 & 10 as a Special Meeting for Board <br />and Commission Interviews <br />E. Approve Construction Agreement with Asian Construction, Inc. for 3- <br />Million Gallon Tank Improvements <br />F. Approval of Resolution No. 56, Series 2013 — A Resolution Approving <br />an Amended and Restated Business Assistance Agreement with Cable <br />Television Laboratories, Inc. for the Construction of a New Building or <br />Modification of Their Existing Location in the City of Louisville <br />G. Approval of Resolution No 57, Series 2013 — A Resolution Approving <br />an Amendment to the Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) to <br />Decrease the Size of the Approved Building and for a Three (3) year <br />Extension of the Expiration Date of the Final PUD Plan for Lots 1 and <br />2, of Replat C, the Business Center at CTC <br />H. Approval of Resolution No. 58, Series 2013 — A Resolution Approving a <br />Twenty -Eight (28) Month Extension of the Expiration Date of the Final <br />Planned Unit Development Plan for Lot 1, Colorado Technological <br />Center, Filing 3 (1900 Cherry St.) from December 31, 2011 to April 30, <br />2014 <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Council member Loo congratulated the Monarch High School Girls Cross Country team, <br />which placed first in the state championship for the third time in a row. <br />Mayor Muckle congratulated and thanked everyone involved with the Pac 12 Cross <br />Country Championship, which occurred at the Coal Creek Golf Course last Saturday <br />and Sunday. He reported many favorable comments were received about the course. <br />The CU Men's team placed first and the Women's team placed second. He thanked <br />former Mayor Sisk for working to have the event at Coal Creek Golf Course. <br />Parks and Recreation Director Stevens reported this program was established by a <br />meeting between former Mayor Chuck Sisk and the former CU Athletic Director. He <br />explained the Louisville Recreation Division worked with Coach Manning and Whitmore <br />and with a number of staff members from the CU Athletic Department to make the event <br />
