<br />001242696 11/24/92 03:21 PM REAL ESTATE RECORDS <br />F1779 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CD RECORDER <br /> <br />A --I <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1087 <br />SERIES 1992 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE STORAGE OR PARKING OF SNOWPLOWS ON <br />PUBLIC STREETS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado <br />finds that it is in the best interests of the citizens to regulate <br />the parking and storage of unattached snowplows on public streets <br />and rights-of-way. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Chapter 12.20 of the Louisville Municipal Code <br />is amended by the addition of the following new Section: <br /> <br />12.20.090 <br /> <br />Storage of snowplows. <br /> <br />It is unlawful for any person to store or park on <br />any public street or right-of-way any snowplow which is <br />designed to be mounted on a motor vehicle but which is <br />not hooked up or otherwise attached to a motor vehicle in <br />a manner to be used for its intended purpose. <br /> <br />Section 2. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be <br />unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not <br />affect the validity or constitutionality of the remaining portions <br />of this ordinance. The City Council hereby declares that it would <br />have passed this ordinance and each part hereof irrespective of the <br />fact that anyone part be declared unconstitutional or invalid. <br /> <br />Section 3.
