\ o-~ final plat, the planning commission and city council shall be guided by the following standards: 1. Whether the plat conforms to all of the requirements of this title. 2. Whether approval of the plat will be consistent with the city's comprehensive plan, applicable zoning requirements, and other applicable federal, state and city laws. 3. Whether the proposed sUbdivision will promote the purposes set forth in L.M.C. Section 16.04.020 and comply with the standards set forth in L.M.C. chapter 16.16 and this title. B. Nothing in this title is intended to limit the authority of the planning commission granted pursuant to C.R.S. ~31-23-215(2) to impose use, height, area, or bulk requirements or restrictions governing buildings and premises within a subdivision, so long as such requirements and restrictions do not authorize violation of the city zoning ordinance, and the city council shall have the same authority. Section 5. Louisville Municipal Code Section 16.12.090, entitled "Final plat -- Contents", Paragraph A.12., is amended, and said paragraph A is further amended by the addi tion of the following new paragraph: 16.12.090 Final plat -- Contents. A. The contents of the final plat shall be as follows: * * * 12. Signature block for the city council with signatures by the mayor, the city clerk, and the planning commission chairman and secretary.; AND 13. ALL OTHER MATTERS REQUIRED TO APPEAR ON THE FINAL PLAT BY THIS TITLE OR BY ACTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OR CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OR FINAL PLAT. Section 6. Louisville Municipal Code Section 16.16.010, entitled "Findings", is repealed and reenacted with amendments, to read as follows: 6
