<br />\ o-~ <br /> <br />final plat, the planning commission and city <br />council shall be guided by the following standards: <br /> <br />1. Whether the plat conforms to all of the <br />requirements of this title. <br /> <br />2. Whether approval of the plat will be <br />consistent with the city's comprehensive plan, <br />applicable zoning requirements, and other <br />applicable federal, state and city laws. <br /> <br />3. Whether the proposed sUbdivision will promote <br />the purposes set forth in L.M.C. Section <br />16.04.020 and comply with the standards set <br />forth in L.M.C. chapter 16.16 and this title. <br /> <br />B. Nothing in this title is intended to limit the <br />authority of the planning commission granted <br />pursuant to C.R.S. ~31-23-215(2) to impose use, <br />height, area, or bulk requirements or restrictions <br />governing buildings and premises within a <br />subdivision, so long as such requirements and <br />restrictions do not authorize violation of the city <br />zoning ordinance, and the city council shall have <br />the same authority. <br /> <br />Section 5. Louisville Municipal Code Section 16.12.090, <br />entitled "Final plat -- Contents", Paragraph A.12., is amended, and <br />said paragraph A is further amended by the addi tion of the <br />following new paragraph: <br /> <br />16.12.090 <br /> <br />Final plat -- Contents. <br /> <br />A. The contents of the final plat shall be as follows: <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />12. Signature block for the city council with <br />signatures by the mayor, the city clerk, and <br />the planning commission chairman and <br />secretary.; AND <br /> <br />13. ALL OTHER MATTERS REQUIRED TO APPEAR ON THE <br />FINAL PLAT BY THIS TITLE OR BY ACTION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION OR CITY COUNCIL APPROVING <br />THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OR FINAL PLAT. <br /> <br />Section 6. Louisville Municipal Code Section 16.16.010, <br />entitled "Findings", is repealed and reenacted with amendments, to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />6 <br />
