<br />Section 4. That the 1992 Conservation Fund Revenues are hereby increased from

<br />Section 5. That the 1992 Debt Service Fund Revenues are hereby increased from
<br />$195,815 to $624,515 and the 1992 Debt Service Fund Appropriations are hereby
<br />increased from $195,815 to $624,515 as provided in Appendix E, attached hereto
<br />and incorporated herein.

<br />Section 6. That the 1992 Capital Construction Fund Revenues are hereby increased
<br />from $921,480 to $1,577,400 and the 1992 Capital Construction Fund
<br />Appropriations are hereby increased from $921,480 to $1,577,400 as provided in
<br />Appendix F, attached hereto and incorporated herein.

<br />Section 7. That the 1992 Water Fund Revenues are hereby increased from
<br />$9,402,425 to $17,040,425 and the 1992 Water Fund Appropriations are hereby
<br />increased from $7,744,905 to $17,040,425 as provided in AppendixG, attached
<br />hereto and incorporated herein.

<br />Section 8. That the 1992 Wastewater Fund Revenues are hereby increased from
<br />$1,241,520 to $3,526,325 and the 1992 Wastewater Fund Appropriations are
<br />hereby increased from $1,487,440 to $3,526,325 as provided in Appendix H
<br />attached hereto and incorporated herein.

<br />Section 9. That the 1992 Golf Course Fund Revenues are hereby increased from
<br />$1,598,875 to $7,678,340 and the 1992 Golf Course Appropriations are hereby
<br />increased from $1,625,895 to $7,678,340 as provided in Appendix I, attached
<br />hereto and incorporated herein.

<br />Section 10. That the 1992 Internal Service Fund Revenues are hereby increased from
<br />$55,635 to $71,920 and the 1992 Internal Service Fund Appropriations are hereby
<br />increased from $53,135 to 71,920 as provided in Appendix J, attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein.

<br />Section 11. That reserves are hereby increased in the City's General, Capital
<br />Improvement, Cemetery, Conservation Trust, Debt Service, Capital Construction,
<br />Water Utility, Wastewater Utility, Municipal Golf Course, and Internal Service Funds
<br />in the amounts described in Appendices A through J, attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein for the purposes of such funds. Nothing herein is intended to limit
<br />the City's authority to transfer reserves, in whole or in part, by appropriate future
<br />action.
