She congratulated the team and thanked Parks <br /> and Recreation Director Joe Stevens and Recreation Center Manager Kathy Martin who <br /> offered the golf course on certain days for their training. <br /> Mayor Muckle wished all the citizens a happy holiday and a Happy New Year from all <br /> the City Council. <br /> CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> City Manager Fleming also wished everyone a very happy holiday and a Happy New <br /> Year.
