Special Meeting Minutes <br />City of Louisville City Council & <br />Town of Superior Board of Trustees <br />December 16, 2013 <br />Page 9 of 10 <br />Planning Director Russ stated the details in the plan are for flex space, with labels for a <br />pro shop and coffee shop. He noted it would be helpful to know how the retail is <br />documented. <br />Town Attorney Carberry stopped the conversation and stated the Town Board will begin <br />a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. with discussion on Ranch Sports. She stated it would not <br />be fair to the applicant to go into any details. <br />Council member Keany stated the City would find comfort in knowing the details when <br />they are available. <br />Council member Lipton discussed development and redevelopment and inquired <br />whether there was any opportunity to revisit the IGA. Mayor Pro Tem Cirelli explained <br />their position is that the IGA does not encumber redevelopment. Town Attorney <br />Carberry confirmed their position the IGA does not encumber redevelopment. <br />Council member Stolzmann noted the original IGA required all retail and was amended <br />to allow residential. Mayor Andrew Muckle stated the Town's interest is completely <br />aligned with the interests of Louisville. He stated the communication perhaps wasn't <br />the best, but the Town of Superior's interests are in compliance with the IGA. He noted <br />the market will dictate the development. <br />C. OTHER ITEMS <br />Mayor Andrew Muckle expressed his desire to meet with Louisville sometime in the <br />future to discuss transportation issues. Mayor Muckle stated they could also talk about <br />the bridge at a future meeting. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Cirelli stated on the first phase of the Interchange, there was a standing <br />committee, which met regularly. He suggested initiating regular meetings again. There <br />was Board and Council consensus. <br />Mayor Andrew Muckle agreed with Mayor Robert Muckle that the meeting cleared up a <br />lot of questions. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The meeting was adjourned at 7:05 p.m. <br />28 <br />Robert P.
