Ron has long served the <br />community; has an interest in the golf course and was involved early on in the golf <br />course. Ron would attend all the meetings, but not be a voting member. <br />MOTION: Council member Keany moved to approve all the appointments, seconded by <br />Mayor Muckle. <br />Mayor Muckle noted Council member Jasiak would not vote on the appointments <br />because she was out of town and did not attend the interviews. <br />VOTE: All in favor. Abstain: Council member Jasiak. <br />REGULATING RETAIL MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENTS <br />1. ORDINANCE No. 1649, SERIES 2013 — AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 5 OF <br />THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT REGULATIONS REGARDING <br />BUSINESS LICENSING AND OPERATIONAL REQUIREMETS FOR RETAIL <br />MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENTS — 2" Reading and Public Hearing <br />3. RESOLUTION No. 69, SERIES 2013 — A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR <br />RETAIL MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />Mayor Muckle requested a City Attorney introduction. <br />City Attorney Light explained there are three Ordinances before Council on the <br />regulations for retail marijuana (1648, 1649 and 1650) for second reading and <br />Resolution No. 69, Series 2013, which sets the fees for retail marijuana. He noted the <br />public may speak on any of the agenda items concerning retail marijuana <br />35 <br />
