Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Nlinutes <br />December 16, 2013 <br />Page 6 of 7 <br />Haley stated the Historic Commission is busy working on their foundation. <br />Outreach <br />Griffin recommended reaching out to realtors. <br />Koertje stated there could be an open house with realtors and architects. <br />Update on Demolition Requests — 631 Johnson, 841 Lincoln <br />Robinson presented the following: <br />• 631 Johnson was for a full demo and it is outside of Old Town and was released <br />• 841 Lincoln stated the request was to replace non - historic windows and was <br />released <br />Update on Alteration Certificate Requests - none <br />Discussion /Comments on Planning Department Referrals — none <br />Updates <br />Budget Questions <br />Robinson stated the budget questions were all based on the Grain Elevator. He also <br />provided reports on other budget items. <br />Website RFP <br />Robinson stated this item was requested by La Grave. He stated the contract was <br />approved earlier this month and the project, once it begins, should take 4 to 6 months to <br />complete. He added the HPC Liaison will be in charge of their own section of the <br />website. <br />Stewart asked if the HPC would have input on what their page would look like. <br />Watson stated the budget appears to be fairly light and would not allow for much <br />customization. <br />Social History Timing <br />Robinson stated this item is based on how much time Bridget Bacon is given to <br />complete a social history. He stated she currently gets 21 days to complete the social <br />history. <br />Fasick asked if all applicants have to work with Bridget or can they do their own history. <br />Robinson stated they can do their own history. <br />
