The 4,846 square foot lot currently contains <br />a 1,680 square foot, three bedroom, two bathroom, single - family split -level house. The <br />current structures on the lot have a footprint of 1,120 square feet resulting in existing lot <br />coverage of 23% (1,120 SF footprint 14,846 SF lot). <br />1 <br />
