Attached is a sketch plan for The Meadows at Coal <br />Creek Development. This concept plan incorporates the recommendations from City Planning <br />and Engineering as discussed at our previous meetings. The annexation and development of <br />these parcels addresses the requests and standards as recommended by City Council at the time <br />of the Larson Annexation. <br /> <br />The owner of the property is The Meadows at Coal Creek Corporation and Public Service <br />Company of Colorado. President of the Corporation is Delmer Zweygardt, with commercial <br />development experience in eastern Colorado. The remainder of the project team assembled by <br />the Corporation includes; Lash and Associates, Land Planners with sixteen (16) years of <br />experience in the Metro area JR Engineering, Ud., Land Development Consultants, having <br />twenty (20) years experience along the Colorado Front Range; Neil Wall, Real Estate Broker in <br />the Denver Metro Area for ten (10) years with residential development experience in western <br />Kansas and eastern Colorado; Gary Bergen, Construction Superintendent and residential builder <br />with twenty-four (24) years experience in Boulder, Ft. Coflins and California The Owners have <br />assembled the 31.1 j: acres enclave comprised of the foflowing parcels: <br /> <br />Moore 14.4j: Ac. <br />Tracy 10.0j: Ac. <br />Larson 4.0j: Ac.
