<br />The proposed use is compatible with uses by right authorized by <br />the Louisville Plaza General Development Plan. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the final development plan subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall make all technical changes as required <br />by the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall shift the location of the proposed monu- <br />ment sign so as not to block drivers vision executing any vehicle <br />movement. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br /> <br />Resolution No.6, series 1992, declares approval by the Planning <br />commission and recommends same to City Council.
