The primary dwelling is a 1300 s.t. single <br />family brick dwelling. The secondary dwelling is a mobile home <br />in which the applicant's daughter resides. <br /> <br />The applicant is seeking to annex for <br />the mobile home with a newer unit. <br />regulations prohibit the replacement <br />parcel less than 35 acres in size. <br /> <br />Access to the property is provided by an access easement from <br />South 104th Street.
