Carlsonmoved <br />the consent agenda be approved. Liptonseconded. All in favor. Consent <br />agenda approved. <br /> <br />I.Authority Business <br />A.Public Hearing –Change of Location –In Season LLC d/b/a In <br />Season Local Market –Retail Liquor Store License -924 Main St. to <br /> 611 Front Street <br />Rommelfanger opened the public hearing on the change of locationapplication. <br />Secretary Hanson stated the application was included in the Authority packet. <br />She stated the City is drafting a new lease assignment for this City owned <br />property and it has not been finalized.She was notaware of any reason for <br />denial of this change of location application, but stated the application could be <br />approved conditioned on the completion of the lease assignment. <br />Chairperson Rommelfanger asked for any Authority member disclosures. <br />Hearing none, Rommelfanger movedthe boundaries of the neighborhood beset <br />as the current boundaries of the City of Louisville. Carlson seconded. All in <br />favor. Rommelfangerasked if there were any objections to those boundaries. <br />No objections were entered. <br />Rommelfanger moved the entire application as contained in the Authority packets <br />be made a part of the record of this hearing. Wilsonseconded. All in favor. <br />Rommelfanger asked theapplicant to take the oath and make their presentation. <br />Karim Amerfathi,owner of In Season Local Marketcurrently 924 Main Street, <br />Louisville, CO,introduced himself to the Authority and took the oath. He stated <br />heloved beinga part of the Louisville business community and wascommitted to <br />organic groceries and wishedto move this liquor store and grocery to 611 Front <br />Street. <br />Authority member Carlson asked Mr. Amerfathi about his other business <br />activities.
