PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. <br /> (a) All plans, specifications and drawings shall be "to scale" and legible, and shall show the <br /> site plan, building layout, all entry ways and exits to the medical marijuana business, loading <br /> zones and all areas where medical marijuana will be stored,processed or dispensed. <br /> (b) Plans and specifications shall, in addition, include a comprehensive business plan for the <br /> medical marijuana business which shall contain,without limitation, the following: <br /> (1) a security plan meeting the requirements of LMC Section 5.10.160; <br /> (2) a description of all products to be sold; <br /> (3) a signage plan in compliance with all applicable requirements of LMC Section <br /> 5.10.150, and the Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines; and <br /> (4) a plan for the disposal of medical marijuana and related byproducts to ensure such <br /> disposal is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws or regulations. <br /> RULE 11 <br /> RIGHT TO POSSESSION. <br /> Each application for a new license must provide the name and complete address of the proposed <br /> medical marijuana business and shall include a copy of any deed reflecting the ownership of, or <br /> lease reflecting the right to possess, the proposed licensed premises. If the applicant is not the <br /> owner of the proposed licensed premises, a notarized statement from the owner of such property <br /> authorizing the use of the property for a medical marijuana center or medical marijuana-infused <br /> products manufacturer shall be submitted with the application. <br /> RULE 12 <br /> 10 <br />
