NECESSITY OF PUBLIC HEARINGS: POSTING AND PUBLICATION OF NOTICE. <br /> Upon receipt of complete application, except in the case of an application for renewal of a <br /> license or alteration or modification of licensed premises (unless requested by the licensee), the <br /> Authority Secretary shall schedule a public hearing upon the application. The hearing shall be <br /> set for the next regular meeting of the Authority, occurring not less than 30 days from the date of <br /> the application. The Authority Secretary shall cause to be posted and shall publish public notice <br /> of the hearing not less than 10 days prior to such a hearing. Public notice shall be given by the <br /> posting of a sign in a conspicuous place on the premises for which application has been made, <br /> and by publication in the Louisville Hometown News or other newspaper of general circulation <br /> in the City. Notice given by posting and publication shall conform to requirements set forth in <br /> C.R.S. § 12-43.3-302, as applicable. <br /> RULE 13 <br /> PROCEDURAL ASPECTS OF PUBLIC HEARINGS; REGULAR MEETINGS. <br /> (a) Public Meetings. All hearings before and meetings of the Authority shall be open to <br /> the public in accordance with Section 1. Meetings. of LLLA Bylaws. Regular meetings shall be <br /> held monthly, as scheduled by the Authority at its first regular meeting in December of each <br /> year, beginning at 7:00 p.m., in the Louisville City Hall, unless otherwise posted and unless there <br /> are no items for the Authority's consideration. All other meetings of the Authority shall be <br /> special meetings upon the call of the Chairperson, or in the absence of the Chairperson, the Vice- <br /> Chairperson, or on the call of at least two (2) members of the Authority. All meetings of the <br /> Authority,whether regular or special, shall be open to the public. <br /> 11 <br />
