On the Friday prior to the hearing, the applicant may pick up the Outline of Hearing Procedures, Hearing Agenda, and the Preliminary Finding and Report from the Authority Secretary's office. F. On the date of hearing, the applicant (or applicant's representative)presents the application to the Authority members. The Authority decides whether to grant, deny or continue the application. G. Should the application be approved, the local license will not be issued until the building in which the business is to be conducted is ready for occupancy with furniture, fixtures, and equipment in place and until the Planning and Building Safety Department has inspected the premises. The local license will be issued from the Office of the Secretary to the Authority. H. The applicant must also apply for and receive a state license from the State Licensing Authority. An applicant, with Authority approval, may request that the State Licensing Authority conduct a concurrent review of a new license application prior to the Authority's final approval of the license application. The Authority Secretary is hereby authorized to approve an applicant's request for concurrent review on behalf of the Authority. The licensee may begin the sale of medical marijuana or infused products, as permitted by the license, as soon as the local and state licenses have been posted in compliance with the Louisville Municipal Code, the Colorado Medical Marijuana Code, and any regulations promulgated thereunder(in a location visible to the public) on the licensed premises. 4
