CHANGE IN MANAGER, EMPLOYEE; CHANGE IN FINANCIAL INTEREST; <br /> CHANGING,ALTERING OR MODIFYING LICENSED PREMISES. <br /> (a) Any change in managers or employees must be reported to the Authority within thirty <br /> (30) days after the change. Fingerprinting/background investigation fees may be charged and all <br /> information in Rule 9 applies. <br /> (b) Any change in financial interest must be reported to the Authority within thirty(30) days. <br /> Fingerprinting/background investigation fees may be charged and all information in Rule 9 <br /> applies. <br /> (c) Requests for proposed change, alteration or modification of an existing outlet licensed to <br /> sell medical marijuana or infused products shall be on forms as are provided by the Authority <br /> Secretary. Said request shall be accompanied by adequate plans and specifications including <br /> dimensions (reference Rule 10) which shall be sufficient to advise the Authority of the scope and <br /> nature of the proposed request. The request shall be filed with the Authority Secretary and the <br /> Authority Secretary shall set the application for review by the Authority. <br /> RULE 9 <br /> FINGERPRINTSBACKGROUND INVESTIGATION. <br /> (a) Pursuant to the Bylaws of the Local Licensing Authority, fingerprint/background <br /> investigations are done though the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and the Federal Bureau of <br /> Investigation and shall be required for any application which requires a determination of any <br /> person's character or reputation or qualification under the Louisville Municipal Code, the <br /> Colorado Medical Marijuana Code, or the regulations promulgated thereunder.
