Golf Course Advisory Board Minutes <br />January 13 2014 <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />Item XIII City Council Study Session <br />While Ken Gambon and Dennis Maloney will represent the GCAB and participate in all <br />meetings between City Staff and the Contractors on design details, the full GCAB will meet <br />st <br />at 2pm on January 21 at the club house to prepare for the Council Special Session to be <br />held at 5:30pm that day in the Council Chambers prior to the regularly schedule City Council <br />meeting at 7PM. <br />Item XIV Agenda for Next Meeting <br />st <br />The Agenda for the special meeting to be held on Jan 21 <br /> will be review of the then-current <br />Golf Course Remediation and Improvements. The Board should expect a further extra <br />th <br />meeting on Jan 27 to give approval to the final plan before it is presented to Council for <br />approval on Feb 4th. <br />Item XV Adjourn <br />Ken Gambon adjourned a long and productive meeting at 9:45pm.
