attendance at training sessions may be considered by the Authority in connection with <br />any suspension or revocation proceedings. <br />NOTE:The applicant is responsible for familiarity and compliance with the <br />Louisville Municipal Code, the Colorado Retail Marijuana Code, and the <br />regulations promulgated thereunder. <br />RULE 4 <br />NEW LICENSE - CONTENTS OF LOCAL APPLICATION. <br /> All applications for a new <br />local license shall be made under oath to the Authority Secretary, on forms provided by the State <br />of Colorado. Applications must include all the information set forth in the Louisville Municipal <br />Code. <br />NOTE <br />:A license issued by the Authoritydoes not eliminate the need for the <br />licensee to obtain other required permits or licenses related to the operation of the <br />retailmarijuana establishmentor retail marijuana testing facility license, <br />including, without limitation, any State of Colorado license or any sales tax <br />license, business registration, development approvals or building permits required <br />by the Louisville Municipal Code. <br />RULE 5 <br />TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF LICENSED ESTABLISHMENT. <br />For a transfer of <br />ownership, the license holder shall apply to the State and Local Licensing Authorities. In <br />determining whether to permit a transfer of ownership, the Local Licensing Authority shall <br />consider only the suitability of the applicant pursuant to this Chapter 5.11, the Colorado Retail <br /> <br />
