that would constitute good cause. A hearing shall be held prior to any denial of a renewal <br />application. Notice of and the conduct of any such hearing shall comply with the provisions of <br />these Rules regarding applications for a new license. <br />RULE 8 <br />CHANGE IN MANAGER, EMPLOYEE; CHANGE IN FINANCIAL INTEREST; <br />CHANGING, ALTERING OR MODIFYING LICENSED PREMISES. <br />(a)Any change in managers or employees must be reported to the Authority within seven (7) <br />days after the change. Fingerprinting/background investigation fees may be charged and all <br />information in Rule 9 applies. <br />(b)Any transfer or change in financial interest must be reported to the both State and Local <br />Authorities. For transfer of ownership, the Local Authority shall consider only thesuitability of <br />the applicant. The Local Authority may hold a hearing on the transfer provided notice has been <br />posted and published according to Colorado Revised Statutes Section 12-43.4-308. <br />(c)Requests for proposed change, alteration or modification ofan existing outlet licensed to <br />sell retail marijuana or marijuana products shall be on forms as are provided by the State. Said <br />request shall be accompanied by adequate plans and specifications including dimensions <br />(reference Rule 10) which shall be sufficient to advise the Authority of the scope and nature of <br />the proposed request. When the request isfiled with the Authority Secretary,the Authority <br />Secretary shall set the application for review by the Authority. <br />RULE 9 <br />FINGERPRINTS/BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION. <br /> <br />
