authorizing the use of the property for a retail marijuana store or marijuana testing facilityshall <br />be submitted with the application. <br />RULE 12 <br />NECESSITY OF PUBLIC HEARINGS: POSTING AND PUBLICATION OF NOTICE. <br />Upon receipt of complete application, except in the case of an application for renewal of a <br />license or alteration or modification of licensed premises (unless requested by the licensee), the <br />Authority Secretary shall schedule a public hearing upon the application. The hearing shall be <br />set for the next regular meeting of the Authority. The Authority Secretary shall cause to be <br />posted and shall publish public notice of the hearing not less than 10 days prior to such a hearing. <br />Public notice shall be given by the posting of a sign in a conspicuous place on the premises for <br />which application has been made, and by publication in the Louisville Hometown Newsor other <br />newspaper of general circulation in the City. Notice given by posting and publication shall <br />conform to requirements set forth in C.R.S. § 12-43.4-302, as applicable. <br />RULE 13 <br />PROCEDURAL ASPECTS OF PUBLIC HEARINGS; REGULAR MEETINGS. <br />Public Meetings. <br />(a)All hearings before and meetings of the Authority shall be open to <br />the public in accordance with Section 1. Meetings. of LLLA Bylaws. Regular meetings shall be <br />held monthly, as scheduled by the Authority at its first regular meeting in December of each <br />year, beginning at 7:00 p.m., in the Louisville City Hall, unless otherwise posted and unless there <br />are no items for the Authority’s consideration.
