(3)The applicant agrees the Authority may revoke the applicant’s license if granted <br />by the Authority and if the fingerprint results contain information contrary to that described in <br />paragraph (b)(1), above. <br />RULE 10 <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. <br />(a)All plans, specifications and drawings shall be “to scale” and legible, and shall show the <br />site plan, building layout, all entry ways and exits to the retail marijuana establishment, loading <br />zones and all areas where marijuana will be stored, processed or dispensed. <br />(b)Plans and specifications shall, in addition, include a comprehensive business plan for the <br />retail marijuana establishment which shall contain, without limitation, the following: <br />(1)a security plan meeting the requirements of LMC Section 5.11.170; <br />(2) a description of all products to be sold; <br />(3)a signage plan in compliance with all applicable requirements of LMC Section <br />5.11.160, and the applicable design standards and guidelines; and <br />(4)any additional information the local licensing authority reasonably determine to <br />be necessary in connection with the investigation and review of the application. <br />RULE 11 <br />RIGHT TO POSSESSION. <br />Each application for a new license must provide the name and complete address of the proposed <br />retail marijuana establishmentand shall include a copy of any deed reflecting the ownership of, <br />or lease reflecting the right to possess,the proposed licensed premises. If the applicant is not the <br />owner of the proposed licensed premises, a notarized statement from the owner of such property <br /> <br />
