<br />13.12.080 - ,ulk Water Charges.
<br />water service not supplied to a specific property location
<br />by a standard tap shall be charged as follows: The bulk water
<br />user shall pay an annual permit fee of three hundred dollars plus
<br />the sum of two dollars and twenty-five cents per thousand gallons
<br />used, or such user may pay on the same basis as those customers
<br />served by meter as set forth under this chapter. In such event,
<br />the customer shall request meter service, pay a proper deposit
<br />for the meter, and also pay to the city the cost of setting the
<br />meter.

<br />13.12.090 - Metered Service.
<br />All new taps installed within or without the city shall be
<br />installed with a meter provided by the city. For water sold by
<br />the city, the following rates shall apply:
<br />A. Inside Meter Rates. The rates for water usage shall be as
<br />set forth in the appropriate table:
