There is a total of <br /> $563.53 in the LAHC. The concert total is $600.00. The library art <br /> acquisition total $2,601 .00. There is a total of $ 1 ,500.00 in the kiln <br /> account. <br /> Mary moved that the (extra) money that resulted from the cancellation of <br /> I the Dixieland sand be divided up among the other three performing <br /> groups over Labor Day week-end. They are .The Flagstaff Brass Quintet, <br /> 7 <br /> Kevin Dooley and Ed Rudman and Wind machine. It was approved 4/0. <br /> I the a 1 <br /> Nancy reported that she had contacted _he Colorado Consortium of <br /> Community Art Councils to make sure that the accounts are setup the right <br /> r way. Lisa Spivak referred the LAHC to Karen Leone(Durango). Nancy has sent • <br /> the required paperwork off to Karen to review. <br /> INancy has contacted the !RS to start the paperwork on the L.AHCs 501c3 <br /> status. Nancy-reports it should take no more than six weeks. <br /> I <br /> The LAHC unanimously agreed that guidelines were neeaec for individual <br /> ICounsel members making business expenditure_.
