Louisville Arts and Humanities Council <br /> y Regular monthly Meeting <br /> October 15, 1992, 7:30 p.m. 4110-46, <br /> Louisville Center for the Arts <br /> Minutes <br /> Call to order <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:31 p.m., by Pat Howard, Vice <br /> Chairperson. Members present were: Anita Gandy (arrived at 9:00), Pat <br /> Howard, Wanda Tierney, John Hansen, Marilyn Rest, and new members <br /> Scott Calder, and Linn Culbertson. No guests were present. <br /> Introduction of New Members <br /> New members Scott Calder and Lynn Culbertson introduced themselves and <br /> gave a short history. The board welcomed the new members. <br /> Orientation of new members. <br /> Booklets were presented to the new members with an explanation of the <br /> contents. John Hansen explained the history and function of the LAHC. <br /> Approval of minutes <br /> The minutes of the September 17th meeting were read and approved as <br /> amended. <br /> Correspondence <br /> John Hansen suggested that the correspondence be available for perusal to <br /> members before the meeting. <br /> Pat Howard recommended that the LAHC make contact with CCA to express <br /> the boards feelings regarding the restructuring of CCA and to inquire about their <br /> future plans, especially regarding funding. Wanda Marie Tierney volunteered to <br /> contact Maryo. <br /> • <br />
