• 501.c3 bank account. Anita and Scott objected that LAHC should maintain a <br /> separate identity from the Louisville Events. Anita also noted that LAHC can <br /> legally only be fiscal agents for actual expenditure on arts, not general operating <br /> expenses for an event. <br /> John Eifler/Marquetry: Anita read a letter from John, who requested that he <br /> be allowed to use the Arts Center for free marquetry classes. He plans to offer <br /> these on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month from 9 a.m. 71A .m., starting <br /> April 24th. Logistics were discussed.
