• Louisville Arts and Humanities Council <br /> Regular Monthly Meeting <br /> March 18, 1993, 7:30 p.m. <br /> Louisville Center for the Arts <br /> Minutes <br /> Call to order <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:33 p.m., by President Anita� dy. <br /> Members present were: Anita Gandy, Pat Howard, Scott Calder, Marilyn <br /> Rest, and Wanda Marie Tierney and new members Donna Feldman and <br /> Carolyn Meyer. Guests present were Maj-Lis Kemper and Rick Hayes of <br /> CCCT. <br /> Report by Maj-Lis Kemper from the Louisville Friends of the Library <br /> Maj-Lis, the first president of the Friends of the Library, reported on the <br /> development of the Friends organization. The steps in developing the Friends <br /> group and how to begin were discussed. An outline of Maj-Lis' report is <br /> • attached. <br /> Approval of Agenda <br /> Wanda Marie Tierney motioned that the agenda be accepted. The motion was <br /> 2nd by Pat Howard and unanimously approved. <br /> Report by Rick Hayes of CCCT <br /> Rick Hayes informed the LAHC that CCCT would like to know more about the <br /> decisions made by the LAHC. The CCCT would also like to have its mail <br /> delivered the the Arts Building. The board informed Rick that the agenda of all <br /> upcoming meetings is posted at city hall and that the minutes are available in <br /> the library. Pat Howard also recommended that a CCCT member apply for the <br /> new board position. <br /> Approval of minutes <br /> The minutes of the February meetings were read and approved. <br /> Reports: <br /> • Treasurer's Report: Scott Calder read the treasurer's report. The <br /> treasurer's report is attached. <br />
