" <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, stated that this would permit the Mayor to appoint an alternate <br />member of the Tree Board. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone wishing to speak on this ordinance. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments or motions. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1209, Series 1996 on second and final reading. <br />Seconded by Keany. TIMES 2/10/96) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1210, Series 1996, "An ordinance granting an irrevocable <br />license agreement to the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District for the construction and <br />operation of a water supply pipeline.
