<br />OTHER REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS ARISING AFTER PRE PARA TION OF AGENDA <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, pointed out the chart in Council's packet from the Planning <br />Commission on applications under consideration and a letter from the Jeffco Airport Authority stating <br />they had modified their resolution regarding schedule airline passenger service to Jeffco Airport. <br />They will notify Louisville should there be any proposed changes to the resolution. At the Work <br />Session on March 12 Council will be meeting with the Liquor Licensing Authority. They will be <br />presenting their annual report. He reviewed the Work Session Agenda. He stated that staff wished <br />to meet with the Mayor to review some DRCOG items, including the 20/20 vision plan. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORT <br /> <br />Keany asked for an update from the City Administrator on Memory Square Park. <br /> <br />Mayer asked if staff could look into creating a minor amendment process to help expedite Council's <br />review process. He asked the City Attorney to review the approval ofPUD's when there have been <br />private agreements among the parties that determine how the square footage on the land will be <br />distributed. <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, suggested that this be brought forward and not consider the PUD <br />and site plan. <br /> <br />Sisk requested an executive session at the next Council meeting with the City Attorney on land <br />acquisition policies concerning the City. <br /> <br />Simmons, concerning Home Depot update, stated they will give the City $100,000 in lieu of <br />performing landscaping and the driveway alignment is being worked on. Home Depot was very <br />complimentary of the City staff <br /> <br />10 <br />
