He did not agree with the charges. <br /> <br />Davidson asked the City Administrator to look into the situation. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS <br />NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Lathrop was concerned about the first seasonal wave of improper signage in Louisville. He wanted <br />the public to know that Council members would be taking the signs down. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - LETTER OF INTENT TO ANNEX - 10 ACRE PARCEL AT <br />SOUTH END OF MAIN STREET BETWEEN ROOSEVELT AND 96TH STREET <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the concept plan reflected 48 single-story, clustered in <br />triplex configuration units. There will be a total of 16 buildings. The density would be 5.5 to 6/acre <br />with the land dedication of 15% being 1.5 acres. The primary issues would be the extension of Main <br />Street and its future connection with a potential Bella Vista to Locke Street annexation in conjunction <br />with the Hwy. 42 and 96 linkage. The status and location of the open space would have to be <br />addressed by the applicant along with the impact of traffic generated. There would have to be <br />clarification of the 100 year flood plain limits on the property. The zoning designation would have <br />to be identified by the applicant. Based upon the concept plan, an RM zoning would be required to <br />authorize the proposed density shown on the concept plan. <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Steve Strauss, 8132 Gray Court, Arvada, Colorado 80006, introduced their architect Steve <br />Montgomery. <br /> <br />2 <br />
