Louisville Arts and Humanities Council <br /> Minutes <br /> June 16th 1994 <br /> Call to order; <br /> The June meeting was called to order on June 16th at 7:40 in the <br /> conference room of the Louisville Center for the Arts. <br /> Members present included Scot Calder, Shannon Hamer,Sonia Hayes,Rosalyn <br /> Seglem, Pet Howard,Sharon Whiting and Carolyn Meyer. <br /> Guests present included Doris Clements. <br /> Approval of the Agenda; <br /> Scot Calder made a motion to approve the agenda and Sharon Whiting <br /> second the motion <br /> Approval of the Minutes; <br /> Sonia Hayes made a motion to approve the minutes and Rosalyn Seglem <br /> second the motion. <br /> Treasurer's Report; <br /> Scot Calder presented the treasurer's report. The only new expense was <br /> for the cost of the survey. It was also reported LAA has completed their <br /> grant requirements and is due the final 20%. <br /> Correspondence; <br /> Majority of mail included announcements of various events around the <br /> state. <br /> Unfinished Business; <br /> Illustrated Theater; Sharon Whiting reported that 32 letters were sent <br /> out to possible interested families. She has received one call for <br /> registration in the program. <br /> Survey; A commitee was formed to review the surveys, members were <br /> Sonia Scot Rosalyn and Carol. <br /> '95' SCFD Grant; Pat Howard reported that her presentation of our grant to <br /> • th SCFD board went well. The Children's Folk Art Program was well <br /> received as well as "Movie in the Perk" summer 's choice. <br />
