Youth Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />rd <br />January 23, 2014 <br />Louisville Recreation Center <br />900 W. Via Appia <br />7:00 <br />PM <br />I. Call to Order Chairperson Joi Wu called the meeting to order at 7:03. <br />II. Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: David Andrews, Kaylix McClure, Madison Pius, <br />Joi Wu, Autumn Choka, Isabella McHugh, Zane Eddy, Katie McQuie, <br />Bonnie Schrag, Eliza Miller <br />Board Members Absent: Brooke Hubbard, Haley Ombreski, Tyler Waters, <br />Karen Buri, Jesse Schrag, Caelis Hanna, Mitchell Waters, <br />Staff Members Present: Mandy Perera <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br />All members approved the agenda. <br />IV. Public Comments <br /> Mandy proposed the board posed for a ‘Read’ poster for the library <br /> Everyone would bring a book <br /> Picture would be taken before one of the board’s meetings <br /> Board voted unanimously to participate <br /> Kriska will organize <br />V. Eco-Challenge Planning <br />I. Donation Letters <br /> Letter of solicitation <br /> Gives more validity and clout to members when approaching businesses <br /> Katie and Bonnie will write solicitation letters <br /> II.
