LCityof <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO SINCE 1878 <br />Open Space Advisory Board <br />February 2014 Resolutions of Appreciation <br />Resolution of Appreciation for Tom Davinroy <br />Whereas, Tom Davinroy has served on the City of Louisville Open Space Advisory Board for the past six years <br />as chair. <br />Whereas, his time as chair of OSAB has been characterized by excellent planning, articulate communications <br />with the City Council, his sharp wit, a strong partnership with staff, dedication to community involvement and <br />thorough consideration of all board matters. His valuable expertise and advice, derived frorri his years of <br />experience as a professor of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, his knowledge of the history of the Louisville, his <br />regular participation in Open Space volunteer events, Board management and leadership, and obvious love of <br />nature continue to be invaluable to the City of Louisville and its citizens. <br />Now therefore, at the conclusion of his term as chair, his fellow members of the Open Space Advisory Board, <br />the Director of Parks & Recreation and the Open Space Manager take this opportunity to express our sincere <br />gratitude for his leadership and guidance, and our heartfelt wishes for every continued success as he <br />continues to serve as dedicated board member and community leader. <br />Resolution of Appreciation for Alison Gorsevski <br />Whereas, Alison Gorsevski has served on the City of Louisville Open Space Advisory Board for the past three <br />years and as Board Secretary for the last two years of her term. <br />Whereas, during that time, she has lent her depth and breadth of community, legal, and administrative <br />expertise to Board matters. <br />Alison has our deepest appreciation for her intelligent and direct questions, wise ideas and guidance, hard <br />work, passion for Open Space and accurate and thorough accounts of the meetings proceedings. In addition <br />she takes with her OSAB's and Parks & Recreation Department Management's acknowledgment of her value <br />to the community and warmest congratulations on her continued professional success. It is our hope that she <br />will continue to contribute to the City of Louisville and the preservation of Open Space in the future. <br />Now therefore, let it be resolved that the members of the City of Louisville Open Space Advisory Board and <br />City staff express their thanks to Alison, and wish her continued success in the future and the hope that our <br />paths cross again soon! <br />7 <br />
