R108.2 Schedule of permit fees. For buildings, structures, electrical, gas, mechanical <br /> and plumbing systems or alterations requiring a permit, a fee for each permit shall be <br /> paid in accordance with a fee schedule adopted by resolution of the City Council from <br /> time to time. <br /> Sec. 15.05.050. All open vent pipes which extend through a roof shall be <br /> terminated at least 12 6 inches above the roof or 12 inches above the anticipated snow <br /> accumulation, except that where a roof is to be used for any purpose other than weather <br /> protection, the vent extensions shall be run at least 7 feet (2134 mm) above the roof. <br /> Sec. 15.05.090.
