This is an estimate and is intended to cover both the design work <br />from Alliance Engineering andthe construction work to be performed by LU. An <br />initial meeting will be held on February 11 with Alliance Engineering, and City <br />Staff (Public Works and Parks and Rec.) David Moore of AllianceEngineering <br />has made a good start on the design but the permitting process will be complex <br />as it involves the Army Corps of Engineers, compliance with State and City <br />Storm waterPollution Prevention Plans and may have to be referred to the City <br />Board of Adjustment. Parks and Recreation Staff will drive the process and do <br />not expect undue delays. Dennis Maloney advised that the homeowners should <br />be involved before plans are finalized. Jay Keany requested that public meetings <br />be held to insure homeowners are aware of issues, plans and schedules prior to <br />finalization of designand Staff agreed to set up a Public Meeting. Dennis and <br />Ken will review the HOA survey inputs from homeowners on Hole 10 to ensure <br />that their issues are addressed. <br />9 Updateon Status of WGP Contract <br />The city is still in negotiation with WGP on the Termination of the Contractwith, <br />as yet,no final resolution.The City recognizes the WGPobligations to golfers in <br />terms of Summit Club and Peak PlayerMemberships and for unredeemed Gift <br />Cards and has agreed to stand behind these obligations.
