Parcel No. 3 <br />A right- of-way for a water pipe line across a strip of land <br />in the South half of the Southwest Quarter (S -2SW4) ofLSection <br />6, Township 1 South, Range 69 lest of the 6th P.M., Boulder <br />County, Colorado, twenty feet (20t) in width and being ten <br />feet (10') on each side of the following described centerline: <br />Beginning on the North-South Centerline of said Section 6 at <br />a point which is 1093 feet -North of the South Quarter corner <br />thereof, thence North 82 °26t west 554.42 feet to a point from <br />which the inlet to the Louisville Reservoir bears North 45 °53' <br />East 124 feet more or less. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees, has been unable to purchase from 1 1 <br />the owner thereof said described right-of-ways for a price or upon terms which <br />in the opinion of the Board of Trustees is fair and reasonable; and, <br />WHEREAS, in the opinion of said Board of Trustees it determines that <br />it is necessary to acquire said right -of -ways by its right of eminent domain; <br />NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the <br />Town of Louisville in the State of Colorado hereby finds and determines that <br />the above- described right-of-ways are necessary for the construction, installation, <br />establishment, re-location, changing and laying -out of a new water pipe line, <br />which pipe line is to be a part of the water works system of the Town of '. <br />Louisville and is "necessary in order to furnish an adequate supply of water <br />to the citizens of the the said Town of Louisville. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said right-of -ways shall be taken, <br />held and used for such water pipe line under the powers vested in the Board <br />of Trustees by the laws of the State of Colorado, the eminent domain statutes <br />of the State of Colorado and the other applicable statutes of the State of <br />Colorado; and that the . the Town Attorney of the Town of Louisville be, and he <br />is hereby, authorized and directed to institute condemnation proceedings under <br />the applicable eminent domain statutes of the State of Colorado for the purpose <br />of acquiring said right-of-ways for the purposes of this Town. <br />INTRODUCED, READ, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, <br />.
