IU Cityof <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />recommendation was made to list the Arboretum under Parks and the Rec <br />Center for greater exposure, and to add a link to the Friends of the <br />Arboretum for rental information and donations, noting that the Friends of <br />the Arboretum is a 501(c)3. <br />VIII. Publicity for 2014 Events: Arbor Day 4/18 at Fireside ES, Time TBD will <br />be on the City calendar. Seed Starting Presentation 3/27 at the Louisville <br />Rec Center will be on the City calendar, and in the Daily Camera and <br />Hometown Weekly calendar (by Mike Frontzcak), Shelly Alm drafted a <br />flyer for distribution. A poster display will be at the Louisville Rec Center. <br />Board members to bring refreshments (cookies, watermelon) and Mike <br />volunteered to bring bottled water. Members are to be at the Rec Center by <br />6:30 pm for set -up. <br />IX. Xeric Demonstration Garden Design: Mark asked for direction and <br />Louisville Arboretum goals for the slide presentation for the May 27th <br />Study Session. Further discussion at the April meeting. <br />X.
