However, historically, each separate City <br />Department has been responsible for public outreach for their individual "city initiative." <br />(This can include items such as construction information from Public Works, budget <br />information from the Finance Department, and water quality information from the Water <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION <br />
