Specifically, City <br />Council directed staff to recommend additional amendments to the LMC to further <br />improve public outreach beyond basic LMC consistency expectations. <br />As a result, staff recommends the following changes to the development review process <br />identified in the LMC to improve the City's public outreach efforts: <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION <br />
