Board of Adjustment <br />Meeting Minutes <br />March 19, 2014 <br />Page 11 of 16 <br />Ewy asked if the additional lot coverage is for living space that can't be attained <br />upstairs. <br />Meyer stated the additional living space could not be attained upstairs. <br />Chip Weinceck, architect, gave a walkthrough of the proposed drawings. He stated the <br />existing house is 30.5% in lot coverage and is located on one of the smallest lots in the <br />neighborhood. He added a large part of the lot coverage is the existing deck. He <br />believes this is the minimum variance needed for additional space for the family. <br />Chris Meyer, owner, stated he believes the property is way too <br />neighborhood and zone district. <br />Public Present in Opposition of Application: <br />None heard. <br />Public Present in Favor of Application: <br />Hoerst Loeblich, 132 S.
