<br />PROCLAMATION - CITY OF LOUISVILLE ARBOR DAY - SA TURDA Y, APRIL 20, 1996 <br /> <br />Davidson read and presented the proclamation to Jerry Warren of the Tree Board. <br /> <br />Warren thanked Council and for their support of the Forestry program and the Arboretum project. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION - NATIONAL LmRARY WEEK - APRIL 14 - 20,1996 <br /> <br />Davidson read and presented the proclamation to Emmett Haywood of the Library Board. <br /> <br />Haywood thanked Council for their support and invited them to the Library on April 16 for "Log-on <br />Day" at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1213, SERIES 1996 - APPROVAL FOR WATER LINE EASEMENT FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF WATER SUPPLY PIPELINE - NORTH OF <br />GREENBELT PARK TOWNHOMES, EAST OF RAILROAD TRACKS, AND WEST OF <br />CENTENNIAL DRIVE IN LOUISVILLE NORTH - 2ND READING - TABLED FROM <br />3/19/96 <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1213, Series 1996, "An ordinance approving the granting <br />of an easement to the City of Lafayette. " <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing. Council packet information stated that due to the absence of <br />individuals involved, language revisions to the easement had not been concluded. Therefore, it was <br />recommended that the public hearing be opened and continued until the April 16 Council meeting. <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council continue the public hearing until April 16, 1996. Seconded by Mayer. <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25, SERIES 1996 - AMENDING THE 1996 BUDGET BY INCREASING <br />REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL, COMBINED CAPITAL, <br />CONSERVATION TRUST-LOTTERY, AND SEWER UTILITY FUNDS FOR THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO - PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Dianne Ray, Finance Director, stated that this Budget amendment is to carry over the 1995 <br />incumberances which are still remaining open. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that the Finance Committee had reviewed this and recommended its approval. <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone wishing to speak on Resolution No. 25. <br /> <br />4 <br />
