<br />\ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.12 <br />SERIES 1991 <br /> <br />A resolution approving an amendment to the Davidson Highline <br />Final Development Plan. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning <br />Commission an application to amend a final development plan. <br /> <br />Proposal is to construct a 16'x60' pole shed. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application has been reviewed by City Staff, and <br />the Planning Commission and it has been determined to be in <br />compliance with general and specific criteria of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code, Zoning Ordinance and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning <br />said application, the Planning Commission has determined that <br />said petition and application are acceptable upon the condition; <br /> <br />The applicant shall install additional trees on the north side of <br />the proposed structure so as to screen the structure from the <br />existing residence to the north.
