City Council <br />Special Meeting Minutes <br />April 28, 2014 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved the City Council adjourn to executive session for the <br />purpose of consultation with respect to pending litigation and the executive session <br />include the City Council, City Manager, City Attorney, Economic Development Director, <br />Planning Director, Deputy City Manager and attorneys Malcolm Murray and Joe Rivera. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Dalton seconded the motion.- The motion carried by a vote of 5 -1. <br />Council member Stolzmann voted no. The City Council adjourned to executive session <br />at 7:06 p.m. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS CONTINUED <br />The Special City Council meeting reconvened at 9:10 p.m. <br />REPORT — DISCUSSION /DIRECTION /ACTION — PENDING <br />LITIGATION & REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSITIONS AND <br />PENDING LITIGATION <br />City Attorney Light reported in executive session the City Council discussed a matter <br />concerning real property acquisitions and dispositions in Louisville. Staff was given <br />direction by the City Council on strategies for negotiations. If the negotiations are <br />successful and result in a proposed contract or other actions for Council to consider, <br />those will be brought back for Council consideration at a regular meeting. <br />City Attorney Light reported the City Council adopted a motion authorizing a second <br />executive session topic to discuss pending litigation; however, he reported that the <br />Council did not discuss matters within this authorized topic while in executive session. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved to adjourn, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Dalton. <br />All werg r .avc r he meeting was adjourned at 9:12 p.m. <br />• i e i r c <br />,' Robert P.
