<br />follows: said fee shall be paid to the building official <br />in the amount of one thousand six hundred fifty dollars <br />per unit, with an additional fee of two dollars and <br />twenty-five cents per square foot floor area as defined <br />in Section 3.16.010, as the same may be determined from <br />the plans and specifications submitted to the building <br />official as part of the application for a building <br />permit. <br /> <br />J.;J- <br /> <br />B. Subject to compliance with the provlslons of this <br />subsection, the contractor may obtain a credit against <br />the total amount of the fees determined pursuant to <br />Subsection A of this section. The credit shall be in <br />the amount of city sales taxes properly charged to and <br />paid by the contractor on construction and building <br />materials for the construction or building of the <br />dwelling unit for which the application for a building <br />permi t was made. The contractor shall request the refund <br />wi thin sixty days after the date of issuance of the <br />certificate of occupancy for the unit, and failure to <br />timely request the refund shall bar the request. The <br />refund shall be requested on a form provided by the city. <br />The completed form shall be accompanied by the invoice <br />or invoices to which the request applies. The invoice <br />or invoices shall specify: <br /> <br />1. the name of the purchaser, which shall be the <br />name of the contractor; <br /> <br />2. the name of the vendor, which shall be a retail <br />vendor located in the city and licensed to collect sales <br />taxes for the city; <br /> <br />3. the building and construction materials <br />purchased; <br /> <br />4. whether the materials were picked up by the <br />purchaser or delivered to the purchaser, and if <br />delivered, the address to which the materials were <br />delivered and the date of such delivery; and <br /> <br />5. the amount of city sales tax charged and paid <br />on the purchase of the materials. <br /> <br />c. The provisions of Subsec;tion 13 of this section shall <br />be administered by the Finance Department. <br /> <br />section 2. This ordinance shall take effect on January 1, <br />1991 and shall apply to building permits for which application is <br />made on or after that date. <br /> <br />2 <br />
