Transfer of Liquor License – SHI-II Louisville Residences, LLC d/b/a The Residences at Balfour – Tavern Liquor License – 1336 Hecla Dr. Rommelfanger called for anychanges to the consent agenda. Machado moved the consent agenda be approved. Tennessenseconded. Tennessen disclosed he works at the Street Faire and knows the owners of Waterloo and Empire. He stated this would not affect his decisions on these matters. All in favor. Consent agenda approved. I.Authority Business A. Modification of Premises – Bobbo’s Sweet Shop LLC d/b/a The Bittersweet Café and Confections – Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License – 836 Main Street Secretary Hanson stated a new lease had been issued for the space behind Bittersweet Café and was not included in the packet, but was now being reviewed by the Authority Attorney. Authority Attorney Culley stated she did not have any objections to the application as presented. Secretary Hanson stated the applicant wished to expand to have a wine bar in the little building adjacent to their current patio and premises. Lipton moved to accept the modification of premises for Bittersweet Café and Confections. Machado seconded. All in favor. B. Modification of Premises – MARSCO LLC d/b/a The Huckleberry – Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License – 700 Main Street Secretary Hanson reported this was the first time the Huckleberry has participated in the street patio additions. This was why it is on the business agenda. Tennessen moved to approve the modification of premises for the Huckleberry patios. Machado seconded. All in favor. .
