Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />March 24, 2014 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />Police Department Reports <br />A.Incident Report - La Revolucion and Mudrock’s – 3/4/2014 <br />Police were dispatched to a possible injury accident. Rommelfanger asked <br />Officer Redard if he had any comments. Redard reported the alcohol level was <br />done with a blood draw and the results were not back yet. He also reported <br />there was a time issue betweenreported drinkingat the establishments and the <br />accident,so there was no follow up with the establishments. <br />Machado reported he knew the individual involved in the incident. He stated this <br />would not affect his decision. He couldn’t find a way to confirm any action <br />against the liquor establishments mentioned in the case and suggested there be <br />no Authority action. All members of the Authority present, agreed. No further <br />action by the Authority. <br />Secretary’s Report <br />Hanson reported Open Government training is scheduled for April 24, 2014 at <br />6:30 pm. <br />Included in the packet was notification of an offsite tasting room for a Colorado <br />winery at one of the galleries in townas part of the Friday art walk. Hanson <br />reported she was glad to see the gallery using a Colorado winery. <br />Hanson notedthe transfer of ownership for Altermedshad been approved and <br />accepted by the State. The new owner has applied for a retail/medical combined <br />use license scheduled for a hearing at the next Authority meeting. <br />Compassionate Pain Management(CPM)was scheduled to get their State <br />retail/medical combined use license today, March 24. The State has not sent a <br />copy of the license, but the anticipation is CPM will be able to open soon with the <br />combined license. <br />Authority Attorney’s Report <br />No report. <br /> <br />Authority Comment <br />No comments. <br />Adjourn <br /> – Machadomoved to adjourn. Liptonseconded. All in favor. The <br />meeting was adjourned at 7:13p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
