Public building sites including fire stations, libraries and other <br />such facilities required to serve the proposed development and/or <br />surrounding area. <br />4. A complete listing of all water rights with the land. <br />5. Preliminary engineering calculations and plans identifying projected <br />demand for water supply, storage and treatment, sewage treatment and <br />storm drainage including major main sizes, pressures and cost <br />projections. <br />6. Electric, gas and telephone considerations and the anticipated <br />rate of availability. <br />
