F. Environmental Impact St:atment including all anticipated beneficial <br />and adverse impact related to air, water, noise, light, and visual pollu- <br />tion, destruction of significant vegetation and wildlife habitat, <br />displacement of agricultural land, altering of existing drainage <br />patterns, and all other impact. Additionall measures to be taken <br />to mitigate adverse impact should be identified. <br />G. Significant improvements expected of Louisville and other governmental <br />entities. <br />EXTERNAL (OFF-SITE) IMPACT <br />The external, or off-site impact of the proposed development shall be <br />analyized and evaluated with respect to the above section. For example <br />the development may result in external growth pressures creating a need for <br />additional housing, traffic congestion and the need for more and higher <br />level transporation facilities, further expansion of utilities and <br />increased adverse environmental impact. Each time in the previous section <br />should be addressed in this section as it pertains to external impact. <br />CONSTRUCTION AND FINANCING SCHEDULES <br />A. A market analysis shall be submitted to substantiate the feasibility <br />of the proposed development. <br />B. A construction schedule shall be submitted identifiying both private <br />and public improvements required, their respective estimated costs and <br />their respective completion dates. <br />C.
