LU has been informed accordingly. i) Ashley Stolzman convened a meeting between City Staff, LU, David Moore of Alliance Engineering and affected homeowners on April 17 to discuss homeowner damage due to pre-existing run-off situations and the September flood. This included a tour of all affected areas and tentative solutions were agreed on all issues, subject to confirmation in a final plan and actions to be taken during the rebuilding project. This includes the problems on holes 3, 4, 8, 10,11,12 and 15. Staff will call a community meeting in May to explain the final plan and coordinate this with the status on the tree removal. 7 Board Discussion a) The board requested that Norby and LU design and provide a cost for adding undulations to the greens. This will significantly add to the interest of the course at a reasonable cost. Norby has agreed to do so and will make field adjustment with LU b) Joe Stevens agreed to schedule periodic tours for the Board to evaluate progress and see any issues prior to each board meeting or depending on the urgency of the issue and the availability of stakeholders. This will continue until the board decides this is no longer necessary.On June 8 the Rocky Mountain Golf Course Superintendents will visit Coal Creek to see first-hand the damage and the steps under way to rebuild the course c) The 303 666 7888 phone number is now owned by the City and connects to the Parks and Recreation Department Office. Some calls ask for tee times and result in disappointment d) The ponds will be drained to inspect and repair the damage. Adjoining homeowners should expect issues with smell from the ponds.
