Grain Elevator PUD Referral <br />DeJong asked the LRC for comments on the Historic Grain Elevator <br />redevelopment to forward to Planning while they review the Preliminary PUD <br />submittal. <br />Erik Hartronft, Architect and partner in the Mill Site LLC spoke for the Mill Site <br />LLC. He said the redevelopment will allow revitalization of the entire area and <br />enhance downtown as a historic asset.He would like the downtown streetscape <br />to match in front of the Mill Site. <br />The Commissioners discussed the plan and the comments DeJong will take to <br />Planning are: <br /> Concern about traffic and traffic pattern <br /> Opportunities for shared parking <br />Hartronft said he would like the downtown streetscape to match in front of the Mill <br />Site. He asked if the LRC would like to participate in the public improvement. <br />Chair Becker said the LRC is open to what fits the LRC mission.
